There was a comment about tea, and though it was a minor point, it think it worth saying that there is organic redbush (rooibos)tea that is caffeine-free, widely available in healthshops in the UK, also selling in Australia, possibly even the USA. One trade name is Tick Tock, but there are others as well.
The taste is a bit different, but a very acceptable drink. Rita Savage

The talk was great, me, my girlfriend Kim and her son Silvio really enjoyed it and got inspired to go off on our own adventures once he’s a bit bigger. I personally have 18000 ocean miles under my belt and know how it’s out there. i’ve never gone solo and don’t know if my brain would allow me to arrive safely. you have my respect!

Thanks Rita! I’ll have to try that tea. Lately I’ve been drinking Yogi naturally decaf green tea, and it’s pretty good. The caffeine habit is really hard to kick, it took months for me to overcome the morning tiredness, maybe I just got used to it. I noticed that organic, fair trade coffee is getting easier to find these days. There is some good documentaries about coffee and it’s affect on people and the planet, one is called “Black Gold”, http://www.blackgoldmovie.com/ very illuminating.

I’ve had the priviledge of working with Roz a little, but last night’s presentation was my first chance to hear her talking to a crowd – and the room was packed. At the end there was such a long line of people wanting to speak with her and shake her hand that the dinner had to be delayed. If ever you get the chance to hear Roz give a presentation, do not miss it!
